Healthy Digestion

Improves digestion, you can use it if you are recovering from digestive upset or generally have weak digestion.

Ingredients: organic astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus), wild yam (Dioscorea villosa), organic orange peel (Citrus sinesis), organic hawthorn berry (Crataegus sp.), organic fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), organic ginger (Zingiber officinale), organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis), organic Chinese date (Ziziphus jujuba).

Instructions:

Add the herbs to a batch of bone broth or vegetable broth during the last 30-45 minutes of cooking. Or simmer the herbs in 2-3 quarts of pre-made broth (or even water to make tea) for 30-45 minutes. Strain out the herbs before using the broth or tea, use in recipes or drink on its own, 1-2 cups daily.
