Broth Boosting Herbs - Immunity & Energy


These organic and adaptogenic herbs will supercharge your next batch of bone or veggie broth with immune and metabolism boosters. Or brew them as a batch of herbal tea if you prefer!

Chinese herbs have been used for thousands of years. They are traditionally simmered with water into a decoction, called a "tang" (汤), which is also translated as "soup" or "broth."

In fact, adding herbs to broths and soups is incredibly common in Chinese cuisine and often recommended in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

These herbs are formulated to regulate metabolism, treat fatigue, and boost immunity. They are an ideal blend for parents of small children, anyone with a compromised immune system, or they can be used regularly during cold and flu season when an immune boost is needed.


All Organic Ingredients:

Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus)

Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum)

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus)

Ashwagandha (withania somnifera)

Orange Peel (Citrus sinesis)

Chinese Date (Ziziphus jujuba)

Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza uralensis)

Ginger (Zingiber officinale)





Add the herbs to a batch of bone broth or vegetable broth during the last 30-45 minutes of cooking. Or simmer the herbs in 2-3 quarts of pre-made broth (or even water to make tea) for 30-45 minutes. Strain out the herbs before using the broth or tea, use in recipes or drink on its own, 1-2 cups daily.
