Broth Boosting Herbs - Healthy Digestion

Broth Boosting Herbs - Healthy Digestion

These organic and adaptogenic herbs will supercharge your next batch of bone or veggie broth with digestion boosters. Or brew them as a batch of herbal tea if you prefer!

Chinese herbs have been used for thousands of years. They are traditionally simmered with water into a decoction, called a "tang" (汤), which is also translated as "soup" or "broth."

In fact, adding herbs to broths and soups is incredibly common in Chinese cuisine and often recommended in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

These herbs are formulated to improve digestion. They are an ideal blend for anyone recovering from a gastrointestinal bug or after indulging in rich foods. They can also be used regularly for anyone who is prone to nausea, heartburn, bloating, or other digestive upset.
